Avène Cicalfate+ Lips Repair Balm repairs, nourishes and protects irritated, chapped lips and localised areas such as cheeks, around the mouth, and nasal contour. Suitable for the entire family (infants, children, adults). The unique ‘water in oil’ formula has a filmogenic effect which lasts up to 6 hours and is highly water-resistant. Breathable, non-occlusive texture.

Key ingredients include C+ Restore™ a postbiotic rich in proteins to help skin restoration. Zinc Sulphate reduces the risk of bacterial proliferation and helps to avoid secondary infections. Castor, Shea Butter and Jojoba Plant oils help nourish and protect. Rich in signature Avène Thermal Spring Water known for its soothing and anti-irritating properties.

Dr Webster’s Recommendation: Avène Cicalfate+ Lips Repair Balm is a recommended lip balm for my isotretinoin (roaccuatane, oratane) patients.
