ISDIN Ureadin Ultra 20 Anti-roughness Cream is an ultra-hydrating, emollient cream for very dry, rough and coarse skin. Helps Keratosis Pilaris on the outer arm (not underarm) and cracks and fissures on the fingers.

Key ingredients include patented 20% Urea ISDIN®, which acts as a keratolytic agent, helping to soften coarse and flaky skin. It also improves the integrity of the skin by encouraging skin barrier restoration, helping to alleviate itching caused by dryness. Dimethicone acts as a filmogenic occlusive that retains moisture close to the skin in severely dry areas.

Dr Webster’s Recommendation: Ureadin Ultra20 is a non-oily, fast-absorbing cream. It restores skin’s smoothness and eliminates hard skin, soothing it thanks to the exfoliant action of Urea ISDIN® which also retains water.

Application: Body

Use: Once or twice a day

  • Apply 1 or 2 times a day on clean and dry skin, focusing on the driest areas.
  • Massage gently until completely absorbed.
  • For best results, we recommend prolonged use.
  • Do not apply to the face.
  • Do not use on injured or irritated skin.
  • Do not use on the face, thin skin areas, mucous membranes or on open wounds.

    This is the first cream that i have used for Ketratosis Pilaris on my arms so I can’t compare it to other products that are targeted for this condition. However, I noticed an improvement on the rough texture and bumps disappeared, leaving my arms smooth.
