La Roche-Posay Effaclar K (+) is a light, fast-absorbing product that smooths skin texture, unclogs pores and controls shine. The non-oily aquagel helps to reduce recurrent blackheads, reduces shine and addresses irregular skin texture leaving the skin feeling smooth and refreshed. It is best suited for sensitive skins with late onset adult oily, acne-prone skin.

Key ingredients include for the 1st time, micro-exfoliating Lipohydroxy Acid (LHA), a more gentle derivative of salicylic acid to unclog pores and help to reduce the formation of new spots. It also contains an 8-hour antioxidant and anti-sebum complex: Vitamin E + Carnosine +Airlicium™. Hypoallergenic. Non-comedogenic. No parabens. Tested under dermatological control. Dr Webster’s Recommendation: La Roche-Posay Research has shown that under the effects of external aggressors (pollution particles, dust), oily imperfection-prone skin undergoes oxidation, which can trigger a cascade of events: hyperkeratinisation, over-production and oxidation of sebum and impurities on the skin’s surface – all of which can lead to the formation of new imperfections. Daily use of sunscreen is especially important when using this product.
