NeoStrata® Illuminating Serum multi-action concentrate is a gentle exfoliator to help fade existing dark marks, evens out skin tone, and brightens skin. Suitable for all skin types with hyperpigmentation. Not for sensitive or rosacea-prone skin.

Key ingredients include patented NeoGlucosamine™ which increases cellular turnover. Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (Vitamin C) is a powerful but tolerable antioxidant that promotes skin brightening. Licorice Root Extract and Resorcinol are well-studied ingredients for helping to prevent the formation of melanocytes. Niacinamide has multiple skin benefits including calming inflammation and supporting skin barrier repair. Additional skin brighteners within this formulation help to break up and reduce existing dark marks. Dr Webster’s Recommendation: NeoStrata® Illuminating Serum can be used as a booster both morning and evening for the maintenance of dark marks and hyperpigmentation. The formula is lightweight and would lend itself well to those with oily or combination skin, although for dry skin you could supplement with a moisturiser over it.
