Linoleic Acid is an unsaturated essential fatty acid commonly found in plant-based oils. In a free form, it aids the skin by fortifying barrier function, acting as an emollient, filling in gaps between top levels of the skin, making it smoother, softer and more supple. Studies have demonstrated it also helps to reduce breakouts.
