Nicotinamide

Nicotinomide is the amide form of Vitamin B3 and the precursor of nicotinomide adenine dinucleotide (NAD), which functions as an essential cofactor for multiple cellular processes. Nicotinamide taken orally at a dose of 500mg twice a day helps repair DNA damage and thus can significantly reduce the chances of developing actinic keratosis (pre-cancerous lesions) and non-melanoma skin cancers (NMSC).
