Post-Treatment

The skin can feel temporarily disrupted post-treatment. This includes after DermaPen, Chemical Peel or Laser treatment, and it requires specialized ingredients to help restore the skin barrier. Generally, the use of high-percentage active ingredient products is discouraged at this time and instead products that can help provide comfort and hydration are advised. Products containing ingredients such as Ceramides, Fatty Acids, Dimethicone, Medilan®, Vitamin C, Panthenol, Hyaluronic Acid are all good ones to look out for.
