SkinCeuticals Equalizing Toner is a gentle exfoliating toner that restores the skin’s protective pH mantle whilst removing excess residue. Suitable for normal or combination skin with early ageing concerns. Not recommended for sensitive and red, rosacea-prone skins.

Toners like this one that is pH-balanced, ensure that the skin is prepped and ready for ingredients and products that follow. This toner, in particular, is beneficial as it contains both mildly exfoliating, astringent, and soothing properties – a careful balance that won’t strip the skin of its natural oils and moisture levels. Ideal complement to aesthetic procedures and at-home cosmeceutical use. I would recommend using this in conjunction with a more gentle cleanser, and not another cleanser with exfoliating properties/acids. Do not use over the eye area or if your skin is intolerant/reactive.
