SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Gel is a hydrating, moisture-enhancing fluid that nourishes the skin leaving it supple, smooth, and radiant. Suitable for all skin types.

Key ingredients include moisture-enhancing gel serum which contains Hyaluronic Acid, the body’s natural hydrator, to bind moisture in the skin. Enriched with Vitamin B5, this serum is essential for skin repair and helps to replenish nutrients in the skin. Urea mildly exfoliates. Fragrance-free. Oil-free.

Dr Webster’s Recommendation: SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Gel is pure hydration in a bottle! This fluid helps to restore skin radiance and suppleness by giving the skin exactly what it needs. As we age, Hyaluronic Acid levels within our skin naturally begin to deplete, leading to skin that lacks radiance, firmness, and vitality. Vitamin B5 has been shown to support HA effectively, and I think it’s the combination of these two ingredients in a minimal formulation that really gets the job done. It is also beneficial for post-laser treatments, Dermapen, chemical peels, or after other anti-ageing treatments. It also works beautifully with Vitamin C products. Always apply sunscreen when using this product.

Use: PM/AM

  • Apply the serum to the face and/or neck after cleansing in the morning and evening or as required if extra hydration is needed.
  • Dispense 2-3 drops into the palm of your hand and apply using your fingertips. Allow to absorb before applying other products in your skincare regimen: moisturiser and sunscreen.
  • This product does not contain a sunscreen - always apply a sunscreen during the day.

    I’m not crazy about this product because it’s so sticky. Even after applying my moisturizer over it, my skin feels sticky/tight. However, it does moisturize my skin and I’ve seen a difference in my skin being a lot less flaky as I am a regular prescription retinol user.

    I absolutely adore this product. My sensitive skin does not react to it and it hydrates and restores my skin completely. It is now soft, supple, glowing and radiant instead of being dry, and irritated like before. I will never stop using this wonderful product.
