Exuviance Bioactiv Wash is a foaming cleanser with an exfoliating formula that effectively cleanses and retextures, leaving the skin clear and smooth. Suitable for early ageing and mature, sun-damaged skin.

Key ingredients include Gluconolactone, a Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) together with patented Maltobionic Acid, that gently exfoliates, stimulates cell renewal and helps to resurface skin texture revealing a fresh new complexion. Botanical extracts of Aloe Barbadensis Leaf and Cucumber moisturise, while Rosemary and Chamomile refresh and soothe the skin. Dermatologist and Allergy tested. Fragrance-free.

Dr Webster’s Recommendation: Exuviance Bioactiv Wash is a gentle, comprehensive anti-ageing cleanser for all skin showing signs of ageing, including fine lines and wrinkles, uneven pigment, superficial age spots and poor texture. It will not strip the skin due to the hydrating properties of the PHA/Bionic blend. I would caution people with sensitive or rosacea-prone skin from using this product due to the botanicals.

  • Apply to wet skin on the face avoiding the eye area and massage gently to cover the entire face in the mornings and evenings.
  • Rinse thoroughly with water before applying other products in your skincare regimen.
  • Always use a good quality, high factor broad spectrum sunscreen during the day if your moisturiser does not contain an SPF.

    This is by far my favourite exfoliating cleanser. I’m currently using the SkinCeuticals Glycolic Renewal Cleanser as it was one of my skin profile recommendations, however I will be ordering this Total Correct Wash again as I could see a more dramatic difference in a short amount of time.

    I love the airtight pump and the light and airy foaming action of this cleanser. It left my skin feeling squeaky clean, smooth and soft, without ever drying out my skin or causing sensitivity/irritation. My pores appeared smaller too; it’s evident that it deeply cleans pores and eliminates blackheads/whiteheads. It’s the first time I’ve used a cleanser that does such a thorough job.

    A big bonus is that my crows feet and other fine lines were less noticeable.

    The only drawback is that the product is not suitable for air travel, but that’s the least of my concerns.
