Lamelle Correctives Vita-C Lipid Serum

This Vitamin C serum is oil-based, it breaks my skin out almost as soon as I begin to use it. I would rather buy the pHFormula one again and put this one away until winter time.

Gentle, haven’t had any tolerance issues and easy to alternate with my prescription retinoid. Rich oily composition, great for my dry skin. Lovely smell. Local. All around win for me!

I do love the citrus scent but not a fan of the “oil-like” feel. Still think it’s a good Vit C to use depending on your formulation preference.

I really wanted to love this serum because in the past I have used and loved lamelle products. The variant of vit c in this product is said to be well tolerated by sensitive skin. I have, unfortunately, had a rash since day 1 of using this product. It gives me the glowing and healthy looking skin but with a rash. Sad, really, because it is not a cheap product. Its a no for me, will add it to my body lotion. I have been using it now for a month.

Got off to a rocky start with this serum. At first, it seemed as if it was causing a lot of redness, swelling and damage to my skin – until I figured that I was using far too much of the product – and not the 4 or 5 drops that are required. After taking a break from the serum to give my skin time to recover, I recently started using it again (correctly this time) and all I can say is…WOW! My skin is clear, smooth as a baby’s bum and so bright! I can’t remember the last time a product worked this well for me! This is definitely going onto my list of must-have’s.

Will continue to recommend this lovely light textured oil! Leaves you with a beautiful glow & even skin tone.

At first I found the texture quite oily, but it does absorb beautifully into my skin. I love the smell and have noticed an improvement in my skins texture and luminosity.

Regardless of how my skin feels and glows after application, I absolutely love the smell!

Amazing and fresh. Brightens the skin within the first few days. Definitely worth it.
